Our partner, Service Electric, will be performing a network upgrade in preparation for DOCSIS 3.0 on October 15, 2012 at 12:01 AM. In the unlikely event that your service is not working on Monday morning, please unplug power to the modem and router. Wait 30 seconds to a full minute, then plug the power cable back in to the wall outlet or cable modem. Once the modem is back online, then plug in the router. This will reset the service and resolve the problem.
