How do I switch to Service Electric Telephone? At you current demarcation point location, Service Electric Telephone will install a switching box. Your demarcation point is where you phone system and phone lines are located in your office. Service Electric Telephone will notify you of the date and time that your service will be switched, and will also contact your current telephone carrier. The manager responsible for you internal phone system needs to discuss the switchover with Service Electric Telephone to ensure all lines are properly transitioned.

Will my phone numbers change? No, your organization doesn’t have to change telephone numbers. Not only can you keep the old numbers, but you can also add new numbers directly with Service Electric Telephone.
